Recommended Use:
Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help fight off infections, especially of the upper respiratory tract, and to help relieve cold symptoms.

Duration of Use:
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Recommended Dose:
Adults 2-3ml 2-6 times per day
Take at the first sign of infection.
